Spanish Rice.
Ingredients:
2 cups Rice
2 large Onions chopped
4 Tomatoes chopped
2 Bell Peppers chopped
2 cloves of Garlic
3 Green Chilies
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Paprika
3 cups Water
Salt to taste
Oil
Method:
- Boil the rice in salted water.
- Take a frying pan, add some oil and fry the green chilies in it for a minute.
- Now add the onions and let them turn transparent.
- Then add the garlic and turmeric along with the paprika and stir foe a minute or so.
- Now add the tomatoes and bell peppers and cook for another five minutes.
- Add the previously cooked rice and mix well.
- Check for the seasoning and then serve hot!
