Spanish Rice.

Ingredients:

2 cups Rice
2 large Onions chopped
4 Tomatoes chopped
2 Bell Peppers chopped
2 cloves of Garlic
3 Green Chilies
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tsp Paprika
3 cups Water
Salt to taste
Oil 


Method:

  • Boil the rice in salted water.
  • Take a frying pan, add some oil and fry the green chilies in it for a minute. 
  • Now add the onions and let them turn transparent.
  • Then add the garlic and turmeric along with the paprika and stir foe a minute or so.
  • Now add the tomatoes and bell peppers and cook for another five minutes.
  • Add the previously cooked rice and mix well.
  • Check for the seasoning and then serve hot!
